On Saturday, September 29th, the public is invited to attend the unveiling of three new pieces of public art, brought to Greensboro through the work of the River Town Program, Nathanael Greene Elm Street Program, and the Sprout Fund. Activities will begin at 2pm, with the unveiling of work by artist Jamie Rinehart, outside of Greensboro’s Historic Log Cabin. It will be followed by an unveiling of a piece of structural art made of recycled materials donated by artist Kyle Hallam inside the log cabin. The ceremonies will then move to the riverside Gazebo where the sculpture “the Burgh” , donated by artist Steve Murdoch, will be unveiled.
