The area's many vibrant marinas provide docks, launches, boat repairs, and sales. Many also feature restaurants, bars, and even campgrounds.

Ten Mile Creek provides a quiet opportunity for paddling and fishing.

The Brownsville Historical Society is taking a winter break, closing Nemacolin Castle for the season. The historic home and gift shop, located at 136 Front St., will reopen in the spring. Visit www.nemacolincastle.org to learn more.
